We recently connected with Diego Rodriguez and have shared our conversation below.

Diego, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with something countless entrepreneurs have had to figure out on the fly – how have you dealt with the rise of remote work?

Yes, absolutely! And we are very happy to have been able to do it! The most important thing is the team! After working for two years, we have developed a concept, a scheme, a different method of work. Not only are we in different countries, but the people who are in the same country are in different states. It is really exciting, because it seems that we are all in the same space, but we are miles away from each other.

 

Diego, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I have been working for several years in business and real estate consulting in the United States and abroad. I have advised many companies, helped in the growth of many others and made several start up companies that wanted to settle in Florida. Now we are with our own project in which I am the sales manager which is really exciting!


It is Dharma Micromobility, a micromobility vehicle repair company. Within Dharma we have Scooter Repair Florida and American All Batteries. Basically we repair micromobility vehicles such as: e scooters, e bikes one whells, e skateboar, among others. We also manufacture lithium batteries for these micro vehicles.
In addition, we repair electric vehicles such as: Tesla, Ford, Toyoya, among others.


A few months ago we created an e scooter sales division. We are in the midst of an expansion plan, with the prospect of opening offices in California and New York. Another very important point is that we are about to launch the sale of our franchise.

 

 

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

Definitely word of mouth. Our clients recommend us to their groups of friends, family and neighbors. Additionally, we campaign on Google, which generates interesting call traffic! Basically between Google and customer recommendations, we met our expectations, which by the way are high!

 

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

Provide quick response to queries! As soon as they get in touch, we quickly respond and make an appointment. We provide a very efficient solution. Once they are clients, we are in permanent contact with them. You never feel alone, you are always accompanied by our team!
